The Process
Go online to the
sites in the resources list to find some foods and recipes that
you could serve at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Plan a menu for one day's meals listing what you will give
the Italians for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Use the form from here
and write
out the menu.
Presentation
Make a
cover for the menu.
Find some pictures of Italy or of ltalian food on the internet,
print them out, and use them to decorate your menu.
Paste the menu sheet inside the cover.
Print out a copy of a favourite recipe from your day's menu.
Display the menu and the recipe for the class.
Evaluation
Print
