A is for addax

An addax is a big antelope.

Addax have long curvy horns.

They live in hot places in Africa.

They eat in the cool night time.

They rest in the hot daytime.

They eat plants.

A baby addax is called a calf.

It drinks milk from its mother.

An addax calf has little horns.

The horns will be big when the calf grows up.
