J is for Jaguar

A jaguar is a big wild cat.

Jaguars live in jungles in South America.

They have big, strong jaws.

Most jaguars have yellow fur with dark spots.

Some jaguars have black fur with black spots.

The spots are very hard to see.

When a black jaguar sits in the sunshine, you can see its spots.

Jaguars hunt at night. They eat meat.

They sleep in the hot part of the day.
